When you push the Vida Alarm button, on either the base station or on the wireless pendant worn around your neck or wrist, you are connected to our emergency response center and our staff will establish 2 way voice communication with you.

They will assess the situation and immediately dispatch help: ambulance, police, fire or a neighbour or loved-one.
